1. How do you handle returns?

2. How can I return an item?

Please add your Name and Order ID# on a blank piece of paper in the box as well.
Please contact us here or call our hotline 1-800-259-9522 after you have dropped off the returns at the post office/courier of your choosing. Please send us a photo or screenshot of the postal receipt and/or the return tracking number. This will speed up the process and allow us to provide you reimbursements as quickly as possible.
3. Do you ship internationally? How much does shipping cost?
Yes, there is free delivery globally.
US Delivery: Your purchase will be delivered within the following 5 - 7 business days.
International Delivery: Your purchase will be delivered within the following 20 - 30 business days, depending on local customs.
4. When can I expect to get my refund?
When our Returns department receives your purchase, you will get an email informing you that a reimbursement for the returned products has been handled. For your purposes, the amount of the refund will be included in this email.
It might take up to 2 weeks (up to 30 days or more for international) for us to receive and process your return once the carrier has received it.
If you are getting a refund after we have received your goods, it may take 10 - 14 business days for your bank/card issuer to credit your account.
